Introduction: I approach the learning process of music through a more hands-on, proactive way instead of reading straight from the book. Most beginners feel as though the technical aspect of learning can be discouraging or boring. I try to bypass that but breaking down musical ideas without over-thinking and cluttering your creative flow. I like when I get the chance to work with people who take a strong interest or a sense of responsibility when it comes to learning their instrument. The ones who will learn the most are those who feel ready and capable of putting in the work. You can lead a horse to water but you can't force it to drink if it isn't thirsty. Students with drive are always a thrill to teach.
