FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm happy to come to your home directly and work with you for an additional fee. I can offer discounts on referrals for you and a friend. I can also offer discounts on group lessons (couples, siblings, bands, etc.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get to know a little about the customer and what their relationship is to the instrument. Then we'll talk about their goals and what they'd like to see happen. From there it's a fluid and uniquely tailored experience depending on what they're looking for. Typically we will utilize a blend of learning songs they love and finding fun exercises to expand the skillset.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Music Production & Engineering at Berklee College of Music and was a Guitar Principle student. I've been studying jazz theory for 15 years. I've taught guitar lessons professionally to dozens of students, all different ages, skill levels, and with various musical interests. I have also played in house bands in clubs around the US, performed in wedding bands, and toured with original music bands.
