Over the last decade, David has done a number of construction projects for my husband and I. From a full addition of a master suite, to kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, building custom cabinetry doors, windows and more. His workmanship is incredible and the results are stunning. He cares passionately about the quality of the work and doesn't nickel and dime you - if something comes up during the job he often times will add it in, without charging extra. For example, in our last bathroom remodel, he discovered some issues with the electrical wiring in the wall and took it upon himself to replace all the wiring. That was something that wasn't included in the job scope and he didn't charge us extra for! Were now getting ready to do our second addition on a a new house and he is the only person I trust.

I truly can't recommend David Balmas Construction enough. David and Yaniv were so fantastic to work with through our massive construction project which included renovating our garage into an ADU, redoing out driveway, putting an outdoor kitchen in our backyard and turning our front yard into a courtyard. They helped us out every step of the way from walking us through the permit process, offering numerous ideas on how to make our ideas go from good to great and truly listening to us and fixing any problems whenever we had concerns. Any worries we had were immediately eliminated after a quick phone call or text message because we knew they wanted everything to turn out perfect in the end. Their communication skills are top notch and we will definitely be working with them again on future projects!

We have used DB Construction for a variety of situations, from handyman work to painting. He always provides first class quality at affordable prices, and monitors very closely his co-workers and the quality they provide. Our biggest job he did for us was installing a drainage system in our backyard, including a long French drain and sump pump. We've had no issues with its functioning through a few heavy rainstorms. We will continue to hire Dave as long as he stays in the business, which we hope will be as long as we keep our home.
