There has to be meaning behind the eyes and they should be saying something more than "hi, please pick me!" A heashot should get more than just one emotion across so Casting Directors and Agents can submit you for multilpe roles.
I love getting to know new people and I also like to see how happy people are after they see how good their headshots are. I have had the felling of hating my headshots one too many times and would never want my clients to feel that. Because I am good at getting your true personality out the session feels more like we are hanging out. Everyone walk away amazed that they just enjoyed an hour or so in front of the still camera.
