- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Surviving a gunshot to my spine at the age of 5 that nearly killed me, I was left permanently disabled. This lead to alcohol and drug addiction for much of my life. Through deep personal work, I have come out on the other side a stronger, healthier person. I have made self-evolution through nutrition, lifestyle, and mental and physical wellness my life's work. I have been graced with an intrinsic desire to support, inspire, to fight for others who are finally ready take back their lives. I've been there and know what it takes. I am a motivator, communicator, coach, and ally. My goal is to inspire, educate and guide you to profound change.
