I have been incredibly fortunate to have experienced having Katie as a Life Coach. She is a natural with her intuition, observations and ability to get to the heart of the matter. I am in awe of the empathy and passion she brings to her coaching and desire to help her clients. I have struggled with anxiety and perfectionism for most of my life and in just one session with Katie, she helped me to bring those struggles full circle - which gave me an incredible amount of peace and confidence in moving forward towards my goals without fear. I am still in awe of her instincts and talent and how much I from our sessions. The insights I have learned have helped me stop holding myself back in life, unlocking the fears that have stood in the way of pursuing my dreams. Coaching with Katie has helped me to show up as my best self. The primary benefit I have seen is that I am getting better at noticing – am I showing up as I want to? For me, performing well in those moments is often critical to whether I can say I had a good day / week / month / etc. Although she has been clear that her focus is on Wellness Coaching, I am so grateful that Katie is always able to help me understand what I can improve no matter what topic I bring her – whether it’s rooted in career, wellness, relationships, or otherwise. I likely would never have sought out a coach for many of the topics that we discuss. Having a regular coaching session provides a time for issues to naturally come up. Our conversations are certainly valuable, but equally as valuable is the program that we set up in order to keep me accountable to making progress. Originally I wanted a program focused on career development, but it has evolved to accommodate my own evolution and life events. Katie is very focused on the program being my own and will show up to support me whatever way we both agree to. I would recommend Katie to friends and family – and I have! For what it’s worth, it only took one session to know I wanted to continue, and I have been seeing her for 6 months!

Katie was wonderful to work with. During our one on one, Katie took her time and never made me feel rushed. I left feeling motivated and inspired and I had a clear sense of direction from her but what was most important was that she was easy to talk to. I find it helpful that Katie also responded when I reached out beyond our session. I highly recommend Katie to anyone in search of a life coach to guide them in the right direction.

    I graduated from an ICF accredited coaching program with a Wellness Life Coach Certificate, and I have a B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Washington. I’ve coached over 150 client hours on a wide variety of topics, including but not limited to emotional wellness, burnout, personal development, life and career transitions, purpose, and inner-critic. In addition, I’m on track to apply for the ICF ACC Certification in 2020.
