Jessica and Dustin are AMAZING, hands down the best wedding planners we could have hired for our wedding and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. These two truly, truly love what they do, and the fact that they both went through planning their own wedding together speaks millions to their work chemistry. All of my friends, family, and other vendors who interacted with Jessica and Dustin had the same experience - they are wise, quick on their feet, detail oriented, and kind while still keeping everyone in line when needed. By the end of the night, we felt like Jessica was a part of our family. My biggest regret of the wedding was not hiring Jessica and Dustin earlier on in the planning. We hired 3LB as day of coordinators, but it is sooo worth having Jessica and Dustin around to help make decisions throughout the process. They are SO skilled at what they do, will take on any challenge you throw at them, and from the moment I spoke to Jessica, I knew I could trust her with everything. I am so beyond grateful to have found Jessica and Dustin, and am looking forward to the next family member to get married so I can work with them again!

BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.
I am a DJ and I have worked with many event planners over the years. Michelle is one of the very best! I find her to be very professional, knowledgable and always prepared. Weddings in particular can have unexpected moments and she handles them with grace and ease. She takes the time to make sure the events she manages are special, memorable and fun! She has a style of class and elegance - and she really seems to care that the clients are having a good time.
Planning for a wedding is very hectic, and with that you usually deal with either excellent or unsavory vendors. Georgia, from Bellissimo's flowers, gets a perfect 10 in our book. From the speed of her online responses, to the highly personable service, to her suggestions and her helping out with the final bill, no one can beat it. I suggest Bellissimos 100% for any couple planning their wedding.
There are not enough words to thank Ricki! She came in and saved our day. We knew we needed a local wedding planner because we live out of state and arrived in California just two days before our wedding. Ricki had everything all planned and ready to go down to the last detail. She has a way of working with people as the neutral third party to make everything go smoothly so all venders are working together in a most congenial way. She worked with us, giving us the fairy tale wedding we imagined. On the day-of, she assisted with making sure everything was set up as we envisioned for this most special venue. I would highly recommend Ricki for the most accurate and attentive service. There is no way we could have done it without her!

Omg the wedding planner and decorator sent from the Gods!! A bit dramatic for me to say, i know, but Nicole saved me! I tried to plan my own wedding, even got my mom involved and that took a turn for the worse. Nicole met with us, spoiled us with cold champagne, we talked about every detail and it she hit the ground running. It was amazing to see her level of expertise and decisiveness. So happy she could plan and decorate my wedding so magnificently ! You are an angel and I recommend Nicole and her fun team to anyone who is looking for a planner or designer. At first I didn't think I needed a wedding planner, but when I hired Ester (Sister), I found out how many things where missing in my plans. I couldn't have done it without her. Getting Susan as our wedding day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. At first we were unsure about even needing someone since we had many offers of help from families and friends for the day of, and we had already booked most of our vendors by ourselves. Little did we know how many details we had not considered until we met with Susan to discuss the wedding day. She was so organized and very attentive to detail. She had an itemized list of all the wedding decorations, worked with us and our vendors to get our timeline nailed, and was in constant contact with us and making sure we were still getting our boxes checked. We had a death in the immediate family a few weeks before the wedding, and Susan went beyond her duties of day of coordinator to help us during that time, offering support and advice. We also lived about an hour away from the wedding venue and even further from her but she was always accommodating. We had our wedding at the Odyssey Restaurant and it was a very tight schedule but Susan was able to work her magic and get everything set up perfectly for the ceremony and reception (decorations, party favors, candy bar, etc) with the limited amount of time that the restaurant allowed. It was wonderful having Susan be a part of our day and if we could have, we would have chosen her as our wedding planner throughout the whole process from the beginning. We would definitely recommend Susan to our friends and family for any event planning.
I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding where Arsineh Alenkin of AB Weddings & Special Events was the wedding planner. I can say without reservation that Arsineh is the best planner I've worked with to date. It is a special planner that takes care of both her clients AND their vendors. The day was incredibly smooth, on schedule and stress-free... all the results of thorough and efficient planning. Arsineh is a very hard worker, a great communicator, and can multitask with the best of them. I have only amazing things to say about Arsineh and hope to have the opportunity to work with her and her company again.
Iris did so much for us to make this our best holiday event to date. It was a breeze on my part, she did all of the planning, finding the DJ and venue. We worked together on menu items, and were able to taste test in advance. The salmon was amazing, as was the tri-tip. Iris is also a truly sweet person, and I enjoyed planning this event with her very much. She was very accommodating, and delivered as promised. Thank you! Karen is true to her company's name- a DREAM! It was such a joy to work with her, and having her calming presence around one of the most potentially stressful situations was a Godsend! We had a very unconventional ceremony and reception location, and she had incredible ideas that really saved the day- She organized and wrangled a complicated venue, all the while being so positive and calm. She is patient, structured, thorough, and just such a joy to be around! You can tell that she's seen it all, because nothing rattled her, and she had inventive solutions for every single hurdle we had: event flow, ceremony planning, venue snafus! We are so grateful and blessed to have this attentive, experienced planner coordinate our wedding, and you will be, too!!

There aren’t enough good things to say about Ishita. We hired Ishita as a “day-of-coordinator” for two of my wedding events and I could not be more glad. She is outstanding an exceeded her “day-of” duties exponentially. She participated in most of my vendor consultations, provided suggestions and advice that I would have never considered, and was an all-star on both the days. Her timeline was on spot- Not only did she create a timeline for both of my events, she even created a timeline for my third event as well, which we didn’t hire her for (I wish we had). She even created a ‘Guest Timeline’ for our guests who were visiting from out of state/country which put in the welcome gift basket. She stayed in constant communication via phone, text, and email. Best of all, on the wedding day everything was flawless and ran smoothly. I can't keep track of all the compliments we got about the wedding flowing so well. Ishita is very easy and great to work with, so friendly, so sweet and calm and very professional. She always stepped in during my bridezilla moments to calm me down. Here are a few examples of what Ishita accomplished for me: 1. She took all of our favors, gifts, table numbers, table name cards, etc. and ensured they were all setup before the event started. 2. She collected all of our gifts and other belongings and gave them to a family member. 3. She made sure our families ate and had a good time. 4. On the reception day, my husband and I didn’t get a chance to eat, she made sure she packed us some food to go. Who does that?? 5. She made sure we took pictures with all our families who were visiting from out state/county 6. She helped our decorator to insure everything was setup before the event were to start. 7. She and her husband (who is great as well) helped my sister with a skit/dance. I cannot recommend her enough! I feel so blessed to have met her. Not only is she a great event planner, she has become a great friend!
I couldn’t have asked for a better party planner. From the very first meeting I knew Rubina and her team would take care of everything. On the day of the party I didn’t have to worry about anything, and just showed up. Everyone loved the decorations and the professional staff. Would recommend highly for any type of event.

Nicole helped plan our son's Bar Mitzvah in 2012. It was an outstanding event. She is very detail oriented, which is very helpful when there are many things to keep track of. She also has many creative ideas and is knowledgeable in many areas be it center pieces, lighting or music. I highly recommend her as an event planner.
We hired Kristina as a day-of coordinator for our wedding - and WOW are we so glad that we did. She is awesome, very detail oriented, and bent over backwards to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch!! She contacted us ahead of time in order to ensure she knew exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and how she could best help us out. She did everything from picking up wine, event set-up/take-down, and vendor coordination to ensure that our day went extremely smoothly and as planned. She knew our plan so well that she never even came up to us during the event to ask a question - she just worked behind the scenes to enable us to enjoy every minute of our big day. It was amazing, she's the best and makes wedding day stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone as a wedding coordinator/planner and would hire her again in a second! You don't need to look anywhere else!
