I called Brave Maids to clean my mom's apartment (1 BR, 1 Bath) & they did an EXCELLENT job! Hugo & Olivia arrived on time, spoke perfect English, and carried out my mom's directions perfectly. My mom is very particular about cleaning & when she told me that they did a great job & that she couldn't do any better herself, I was extremely happy. They cleaned the bathroom from top to bottom, vacuumed the entire apartment thoroughly, they even vacuumed the couch! They cleaned the counter tops in the kitchen until they shined & the top of the fridge is immaculate. I'll definitely request Hugo & Olivia on a regular basis. It's because of their fantastic service that I'll be signing up for them to come in every 2 weeks! The price is right ($50/hr. for 2 people) for what you get. They exceeded mom's expectations, which is hard to do. I'm happy because now I don't have to spend a day cleaning & have mom tell me it's not good enough! :)

The maids were extremely thorough with their cleaning techniques and as I watched them, I noticed they went beyond my expectations. Seriously, by the time they were done, the apartment looked soooo good. Everything was organized, things I told them not to touch remained untouched, door handles were even sparkly clean! They didn't rush through the cleaning so I know they were being super careful. WOW is all I have to say. Just got home and my house is SPOTLESS. Casandra's team did an absolutely incredible job- and they definitely had their work cut out for them! We've been so busy with work that our regular cleaning had been neglected for a bit too long and the house was in desperate need of a thorough... everything.

I am a super clean freak, I started my own business and have no time to clean my own home. I've never kept a relationship with any cleaning service, because they never cleaned to my standards, until I met Richard and Gabriela from Brave Maids. I decided to give Brave Maids a try. It was nice to make an appointment over the phone their customer service was excellent, They are professional, on time, and efficient. I have a large home and though I would never finish in 4 hours, especially for the initial cleaning, but they did! they finished even faster than I expected, finished in a flash. They cleaned every nook and cranny like the baseboards, windowsills, and floor corners. Rest assured, Richard and Gabriela exceeded my high expectations, and I liked that they asked me to do a visual inspection of their cleaning, and to let them know if there is anything that that did not meet my standards, so they could fix it to my satisfaction. They need minimal supervision and will clean your home beyond your expectations! You will not be disappointed in Brave Maids cleaning!

I'm very hesitant to review anything. It seems so subjective! What if you don't feel "green" cleaning products are as effective? What if your house is WAY nicer than mine? What if different people came? I can't judge! So with that caveat... I can't imagine much that is better than Exec. And I have a good imagination! 1 - they always ask detailed questions about what you want (in my case: allergen reduction). If you say "blinds", they do the blinds. They clean until it's done, not until a checklist/time limit has been met. 2 - they're amazingly responsive. When I've written asking for dates or services they don't have on the web page, they respond immediately, politely, and effectively. 3 - most: they CLEAN my HOUSE. When I get home on an exec day, I always feel like I can just relax. If it's a mess when I leave for work, they do their best, and it's clean and better, and I don't feel like I should have -- whatever, cleared the daybed first? -- They do a great job with what they get, every time. 4 - edit! I should have said, but I straight-up forgot: you can manage everything online. Picking up the phone like an adult sort of scares me, so being able to log into a web page and send a message (to my actual cleaners, an hour beforehand) seems like magic. I will never ever switch. I will find money for this service even if it means cutting back elsewhere. And I'm a grad student.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! There never seems to be enough time during the day to manage al my day-to-day tasks. I've spread myself thin with all the chores, work, the gym, etc....I started feeling like I had no time for a social life. I needed help with some of my everyday tasks. I was recommended Brave Maids by a friend to clean my place and they did such a great job that I'm thinking of expanding my service and even looking to hire Brave Maids on an ongoing basis. I would refer them to anyone looking for house cleaning or just someone to help you take care of your everyday tasks. -Thomas
