- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand I don’t put my pricing. It’s only because I don’t want to get people confused. Unfortunately I don’t work hourly. I work based on a project and the things needs to be done and condition the home in . Sometime it might don’t sound fair but if you remember how many left you unsatisfied and regrets . You would understand you get what you pay for. So I think you should always pay top $ because in thee end your won’t have to look further because that one will keep you satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nun really just to get to know them. Listen to them and make sure to get it done exactly what they asked for and more just to keep them smiling. I work fair and make sure they love for me to come back. Never had anyone I upset because their smile what keeps me so passionate about it .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Really you don’t need education. I grew up in a orphanage I cleaned as a young gurl first. Then moved to America did some individual jobs with family members on Craigslist. I then moved up working for hotels. Through out 5 years I worked with a contract with different cleaning company’s. Always knew I was good enough to start my own. Couple years ago I realized I am over qualified to make a change and decided to take it on myself and show a change there is some one like me you are looking for.
