Steve showed up right on time at 8a on 12/30 even in the rain and just before New Years. I was impressed to say the least! I had used Steve’s excellent printer repair service on an older HP printer that needed a solenoid fuser assembly replaced and so I had complete confidence this time around that he would come through for me again on another HP printer that needed the paper path rollers replaced as part of normal wear and tear.
Steve replaced the two paper path rollers in no time flat and he also cleaned out some stuck debris inside the Automatic Document Feeder on top that was occasionally jamming when I was making copies.

Steven was great to work with and he clearly explained why I was experiencing these paper jams every single time and what needed to be replaced on my HP LJ 2420D printer including the lower and upper solenoid foam pads and the lower print roller. He responded back to my initial call almost immediately and he provided an accurate estimate of the repair costs. The turn around time was a couple of days as the actual repair was done at his shop. Overall, I'm very pleased with his service and I would recommend him to others that need their printers repaired.
