- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually a combination of fixed fee and hourly fees for residential projects. Commercial and hospitality projects are usually a fixed fee based on the square footage of the project or budget, but usually sit within range of 20% of the overall project costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An onsite meeting, if possible, is the best way for us to get to know what you need. The space informs our approach, along with gathering a detailed inventory of what you are looking to accomplish. We develop the plans over a series of meetings and within 6-8 meetings have a fully developed concept, plans and are ready to bid the project the contractors and run the plans through the building department. We also provide project management during construction to ensure the construction conforms to our design and advocate for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Masters degrees in Interior Architecture from UCLA/Cal Poly Pomona I am a member of ASID and have CEU requirements yearly Favorite CEUs are the ones focusing on green design and LED lighting.
