I can't believe any of the reviews posted, now that I've actually experienced working with Quincy. I am convinced these are friends who have posted these reviews. We needed Quickbooks installed into our system. He came right away and took a check for $350.00 to first buy the program. Installed the program and it didn't work properly. Took another check for his services. However, the program was installed incorrectly and the program kept freezing and shutting down. After numerous attempts and calls, a week later he showed up and then changed the way it was installed. For the following week, all the invoices made kept erasing and the program wouldn't work again. Its been over a month and my whole accounting system is in a mess all because he incorrectly installed QB and then disappeared. When he wanted payment, he instantly came, otherwise, would never answer his phone and if he said he would come, wouldn't show up or even let us know he wasn't coming. Upon further reading on the internet, EVERY single article online says the method he used was incorrect and would cause more problems, but he kept insisting that he was right and has now fully disappeared on us. I have had to pay more money to another person to fix this problem. The lack of service and professionalism is really disappointing. I suggest anyone using Q's services also read up on how/what he's doing so you aren't stuck like me, frantic and apologetic, with lost invoices and angry customers.

This customer received all the services which were paid for. The Quickbooks software w/ Payroll is roughly about $350. Installation on two computer systems was charged at $100 for a grand total of $450. Client had a networking issue which I was not hired to fix or deal with in any capacity.
