- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on the weight and amount of space taken in the truck. Every job is different so the price you've been quoted is just a rough estimate. Schedule an on site estimate or send me some photos and I can give an exact price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Deliver a prompt quote after I see a picture, get a phone call, or see it in person. 2.) Offer competitive but fair pricing on projects. 3.) Arrive punctually, greet courteously, and leave neatly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a marketing major graduated from N.I.U. Technical training not required.
