Introduction: I take the time to thoroughly walk my clients through the legal process and make sure to answer all questions. I understand that this may be the first time my clients have encountered the court system and that it can be extremely overwhelming. I ensure my clients understand what is going on and what all of our options are. Unlike a lot of my colleagues, I take pride in maintaining good and congenial relationships with opposing counsel to ensure that my clients receive fair treatment and the best outcome possible. My positive relationships with attorneys in the District Attorney's and City Attorney's Offices have made crucial differences in several of my cases, greatly lowering the punitive exposure my clients are facing. I have been called upon by several fellow criminal defense attorneys to step in and negotiate their plea deals when they are unable to get the results their clients deserve. My ultimate goal is always to do what is in the best interest of my client. It is a pleasure to help someone out of a tough situation and know that I have made a positive impact on their life.
