I initially met with Michelle for a free consultation a couple months ago because I was considering filing bankruptcy. I had a lot of debt for a medical illness I was suffering and needed help with all the bills. It took me a while to decide to go forward and file bankruptcy. Michelle was very patient and understanding while I took the time to think about it. She seemed very informed about the bankruptcy process and seemed to know all the bankruptcy laws. She was always there to take my phone calls and return my e-mails. Once I decided to go forward, I gave her the paperwork she needed and she filed the petition a couple days later. Last week I just went to my creditor meeting and she represented me. Michelle prepared me for the hearing so I knew what to expect and the hearing went very well. Michelle Rofeh is by far one of the most professional, prompt and knowledgeable attorneys I have ever worked with. I had a complex contractual issue with my family business and she methodically worked through every detail to make sure that my rights were protected. Her negotiation skills were top notch - she fought hard for me, and she did her homework. She's sharp, she doesn't waste time, and she's very responsive. I have worked with other attorneys in the past, and I have to say she is one of the best.
