The experience was amazing from the secretary. I have to say that at first, I thought it was a place for Latino clients, but actually the staff is fluent in over 6 languages. I was simply amazed. The lawyer took his time to explain to me my case, step by step. By the time we were done with my consultation, I felt confident that it was the right place for me. I recommended my friend for BK and everyone else who wants to have a personal relationship with a firm. Location is great too and they validate, something that many places do not do any more.

Primary is it is something that we can handle. After 30 years of practicing law, there is not much that can surprise us, but often time the client has unrealistic expectations, and that is something that we are trying to avoid doing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Legal services like any other profession. There must be a contact between the client and the lawyer. If the client feels that there is no contact or that the lawyer is not invested in client's interests.... then, there would not be a good relationship and ultimately the client is going to suffer somehow.
