Windows 10 was totally corrupted on laptop and wouldn't boot other than black screen. Jeff was able to fix issue, re-load Windows 10 and now laptop is like new. Additionally, Jeff assisted me with Outlook issues on my Mac. He is great and would highly recommend him
Once I posted my request for service, complete with discription of my laptop's concern (problem), Andrei from A & G called me within 30 minutes. After a quick verbal verification on my part, Adrei let me know he knew what my laptop needed and he let me know upfront what it would cost to repair. I shipped it out via UPS Thursday and it was back to me the following Tuesday! Bottom line being: " it was received at A & G Internet Services broken in need of a new Operating Sytem being installed and it arrived back to me complete with new Windows 10 ( complete with installation disc), accompanied by a flahdrive containing all info (files) recovered from the crashed XP Operatig System. Andrei said he could fix it and backed his words with a job well done at the price as quoted!"

My Mac Mini (Late 2012), had been slowing down little by little. A friend at my work, who knows way more about these things than I do, recently had his Mini upgraded at a local shop. I asked him what he had done and how much it cost him. After some contemplation and investigation I decided I was going to invest a little and upgrade my Mac Mini, too. I decided I was going to add more memory (4 to 16GB) and upgrade to a solid state internal drive (500GB). Everything I read said that replacing the memory was a piece of cake, but that the Solid State Internal Drive was a little difficult for a rookie like me, plus there was this thing about backing up the data and then reinstalling it. I chose to purchase the items myself and then have them installed professionally. I had spoken to a couple of shops nearby and was given some quotes. After I had acquired the parts, I was ready to take them to the shop and get it done. When I called the shop I had chosen, their quote came back way more than they had previously stated. It was at this point, that I chose to try something else. I Googled Mac Repair and found a site that referred me to several local people who did this type of stuff. MacMyWorld seemed to fit my criteria and their initial quote seemed to be reasonably priced. I contacted them, thru the site, and shortly after I was contacted by Tommy. From the very beginning, Tommy seemed to be knowledgable and he was quick to present me with my options. Which included me backing up and reinstalling the data myself, which would have saved me a few bucks, or I could have him do it, which would include a complete diagnostics check and repair, Malware check and removal, back up and reinstall system and migrate user data back into my Mini. Lets just say, this was no small matter. My system and drive had not been backed up for some time (years), so backing it up now took two full days. Once that was completed the rest was completed in less than a day, as promised. Tommy updated me all along the way and kept me in the loop during each step of the process. Tommy of MacMyDay, was a total professional and did everything that was promised and at a very reasonable price. *The quoted price didn't change, even after my drive that was almost dead, took two additional days to transfer the data. I know this review is a little long, but I can't emphasize how pleased I was and am with Tommy and MacMyDay and the service they provided. I would highly recommend them for all your computer needs. I had over 1000 pictures and videos on my Mac when it suddenly broke in 2011. Apple told me I have to take it to Northern California and it would cost me about $2000 with no guarantee for recovering my pictures. So I left my old laptop behind and bought a new one. After 7 years, Ali fixed my laptop last week and he was able to recover over 80% of my pictures and videos!!!! It was a fantastic news and I feel so thankful now! I will definitely recommend this talented young man. He is so knowledgeable at his job and he absolutely knows what he is doing! If he says he can do it, he really mean it :)
