Silk Road Rug - Cleaning & Repair Services
Introduction: All customers rugs are hand-washed, we do not steam clean wool as it may distort the color and warp the shape. We pick-up and install all customer rugs with highest level of service. We dust the rug (front and back), handwash and treat pet urine enzymes from both sides of the rug to properly remove all stains out of the rug.
We love the satisfaction of our clients when they are at awe when when our work complete and above clients expectation.

They were great! Armen answered my query soon after I sent the email via Thumbtack, he picked up the rug the next day and delivered it as promised. The rug looks beautiful - clean, fresh and repaired. Strongly recommend.

Armen was the greatest! He is polite and caring and did a beautiful job on my Chinese rugs and the carpeting in the entire house, he even cleaned my sofas! He arrived on time, worked so efficiently, has a great crew who are neat and polite. I can't say enough wonderful things and I intend to use him for my annual spring cleaning from now on.
