Abraham and Johnny, who are brothers, and their crew are friendly and easy to communicate with. They are fair in their pricing and take their time to do the best job. We enjoyed having them at our home. Every day before they left they cleaned up their work space too. I highly recommend Swan General Homestead. We purchased the breeze block and they helped design and put up the wall. They also patched and plastered several areas. They also put in the timbers to match some existing timbers. This job took some creativity.Feb 20, 2021VerifiedSwan General Homestead's reply

These brothers make a great team, with high skills in fixing my block wall that got crumbled by a hit and run driver...Jan 12, 2021VerifiedSwan General Homestead's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies by project. Consultation and site visit required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We offer a cost range initially to see if it's within our customer's budget. Then, we provide a full estimate with a mood board and project design laid out in an investment deck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Abraham & John Bascon come from a long line of masons and join a group of Bascon owned and operated masonry & carpentry companies from Hawaii to Massachusetts. Every summer, from a young age, they were “counting bricks” and working with their dad, a Master Mason, on job sites. This bred a group of people with exceptional skill, experience, and talent. This close-knit family (there are 12 siblings total!) works together & laughs together and the fruits of their labor can be seen nationwide. Abraham and John are the “California Bascons” and live in Los Angeles.
