I have received IET from Myra. She guided me through the unfamiliar experience with clarity and compassion. The results were subtle but unmistakable. Myra is clearly a master practitioner who creates a loving and joyful environment for her work. In addition, I have taken a number of her classes. Her teaching is equally nurturing and well tailored to the abilities, experience, and expectations of her students. Finally, Myra has occasionally referred me to other specialized practitioners. She has clearly surrounded herself with a group of talented and warm-hearted colleagues and all of my experiences have been more than positive. I met Myra for an Integrative Energy Therapy session in Los Angeles; it was my first time doing energy work and I wasn't sure what to expect or how it would feel but once I'd met Myra and did the initial consult with her I felt immediately at ease and really peaceful in her presence. She has a delightfully calming presence. We started the session on time and she worked on me for a little over an hour. It felt like a very gentle massage. It was really soothing; she was very confident and adept at holding the energy of the space together and maintaining a very peaceful and calming environment. I did not fall asleep, as she said many of her clients tend to do, but I felt absolutely relaxed and enjoyed the sense of inner quiet that was cultivated during our session. At the end, she did an assessment of my energy and gave me great feedback that I found illuminating. One thing that astounded me was how accurate she was in her assessment. Though she had just met me, she had been able to derive an incredibly astute understanding of my core personality and tendencies. She has a wonderful bedside manner, as well, and explained what she had observed in a gentle and supportive way that I just intuitively felt was completely natural to her. Myra even gave me exercises to do to maintain balance in my body that I have since adopted. Though I only spent a brief amount of time with her, the insight she gave me in that one session has informed the way I have been taking care of myself physically and emotionally ever since. She's a wonderful healer and I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know and don't know alike.

Myra is remarkable. She is a beautiful flowing helpful spirit who gave me full attention and zeroed in on my needs and concerns. I worked with Myra for about a year at the Immanuel Presbyterian Church in her Wellness Center. Myra is a very compassionate young lady...her openness to assist is very inviting especially with the community that surrounds the church. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set prices for all my services. At times, if there is a client that finds my prices are out of range, I am open to discuss a sliding or reduced fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love learning. I have always been very curious and it is that same curiosity that has me on a life-long path of learning. I take continuing education classes every year as well as training & certification courses to further my personal knowledge in the field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Most people ask how I ended up doing this work. Interestingly enough, I inherited this work. I come from a strong line of healers (bodyworkers, midwifes, mediums & shamans) and have known of my gifts since childhood. Naturally at that time I didn't understand these gifts and was rather frightened of them. It was later in life as I was exploring my higher purpose and opened my heart to the Universe to lead me on my path that I circled back to my roots. I am blessed and grateful for the lineage.
