Introduction: I am a Life Coach, Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist and Yoga/Meditation Instructor.
Massage and Bodywork:
I have been practicing for over 6 years and I specialize in Esalen massage and also practice deep tissue, prenatal, sports therapy, and swedish along with Craniosacral Therapy.
I believe in the connection of mind, body and spirit, integrating breath work, aromatherapy and flow into my sessions.
I also do CBD massage which helps with inflammation, pain management, circulation and supports the healing of muscles and joints.
Esalen Massage is known for its healing and nurturing touch which combines long and flowy strokes, gentle rocking, stretching, and sculpting of deep musculature.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.
I do both house calls so that clients can receive sessions in the comfort of their own home and also do some sessions out of my location in Long Beach.
I also specialize in pre-natal and post-natal massage.
Life Coaching:
My work as a life coach is to support clients in connecting with their true selves, the part that makes us feel most alive. Focusing on how to cultivate the most fulfilling relationships, whether that be the relationship with ourselves, our bodies, money, our homes, romance and everything in our life. My work is based on the fundamental belief that the client holds the answers to living an authentic and fulfilling life. As a coach, I am here to support the client in opening the doors and gaining clarity to those answers. Part of that process is letting go of limiting beliefs and cultivating new habits and self awareness. I use different tools I have learned through my official training as well as other modalities I have gathered through the years. I adapt depending on the clients needs and what resonates most with the client. This can range from more practical goal setting and identifying limiting beliefs to meditation, breathing and body awareness.
I work mostly over the phone and Skype as well as in person if the location provides.
