I went to Carrie to work out some tight muscles and generally relax. I'm athletic so my muscles get a lot of work, and it's nice to give back to them once in a while. Carrie is great at working through specific "issues" (she's not afraid to use the elbow!) as well as relaxing Swedish massage. I initially went a few weeks in a row, then backed off to "monthly maintenance" which felt about right for me. It was overall great working with her, and I'm sad she moved away!

Carrie is an extremely understanding and perceptive massage therapist and yoga instructor. Her knowledge of the body is impeccable, and her ability to get your body heading into a healthier and more efficient state is unlike anyone else I've worked with before. She completely changed my yoga practice in the best of ways. I HIGHLY recommend her, and I'm sad she's not in NYC anymore!!

Carrie is incredibly professional with an intuitive knowledge of bodies and biomechanics. Because she's a lifelong athlete, her massage practice feeds back into her yoga practice and vice versa. She is also very aware of injuries and body limitations.

Carrie is an all around compassionate, creative and inspiring woman. Her commitment to wellness, growth and self discovery are evident in her many professional roles. I had the privilege of working with Carrie in an original play that was workshopped at the Playwrights Theater of NJ. She is an articulate and thought-provking playwright and a collaborative director.
