Mounted my 49 sony with 20 inch articulating arm, offered him to use my stud finder multiple times, said he just knocks. Two days later come home from work to the tv ripped out of the wall and shattered, tore up the wall broke my coffee table. Called immediately, says he is going to take care of it but dont appreciate him saying i asked if i messed with the tv essentially attempting to deflect blame.Aug 28, 2017Verified
The movers are all very nice, and price was good. But on the second travel many furnitures were left behind and I have to move these myself. But actually the truck was less than half load on second travel. Also need improvement on estimation. It was said only need one travel, so the movers spent many time disassembled many furnitures trying to squeeze into the truck. If planned for two trips it'll save abt two hours and I don't have to assemble them by myself.Jan 7, 2017Verified
Although I was determined not to give a bad review, I decided otherwise. This is a very young startup company. There is a lack of planning and maturity. The pricing is low but I do suspect it is due to a relative lack of knowledge of the business. My decision to give two stars is based on the facts uncovered after the move. The items were randomly scattered and some tools and devices are missing. The owner broke down in tears during the move and only two of The movers were actually present for the entire move as individuals randomly presented each day. The estimate was way off in spite of my insistence to have him come in and evaluate. I will never use or recommend this company ever again. I would rather pay $2,000 more rather than feel trapped. Finally, my experience was rendered worse as my wife was in the hospital for the move and there was a blame shifting to my family for not "coordinating" and "directing " the movers. The labeling was wrong and misleading but the owner felt it was our fault. I was trying not to review him but as the days have passed, my anger has grown. In my line of work, a mistake costs a life and I am not allowed to err. I do not think a moving company can reach such a standard or be expected to, but there is decency that is missing in that line of work. I was hoping that this company would change my mind but alas it has not. I ended up being forced to pay more due to his lack of foresight and he even tried to make me feel guilty for it.Mar 18, 2017Verified
