First off, let me start with saying that Elvis is such a pleasure to work with! I have been so stressed over the state of my apartment and the horrible stench I've been forced to live with... Elvis came in with such a friendly disposition and great sense of humor that he made me feel so much more at ease about it. He sends his samples to a third party lab and the report was way more detailed than I was expecting. His work confirmed everything that I was concerned about and will be very useful in my lawsuit with my landlord for the inhabitability of my apartment. I also called LA Environmental Health to come by and inspect but the guy came in with just a clipboard and said that he can only write up the landlord if there is visible black mold... which is useless in a lot of situations, especially mine since it had been covered up by the time he got there. So glad I went out of my way for this inspection from A&A because it was exceptionally thorough and now I have legitimate proof for my case. Elvis, you are a total gem and I cannot thank you enough!!

No, that's why the property needs to be discussed. There are too many variables that effect pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the inspection process on the phone. We also go over the type of property on the phone and what needs to be done. We then book the inspection via a confirmation email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in business, BBA a Medical Degree, M.D. I am ITA certified. MOLD certification in all species of fungi and bacteria. I have been doing this for 8 years and my company has been in business for almost 20 years.
