I recently had a great experience using DoStar to help me move from downtown LA to my new apartment. The movers arrived right on time and were extremely efficient in packing up my half-packed apartment. They worked quickly and carefully to get all of my belongings loaded onto their truck. Throughout the move, the movers were courteous and professional. They handled my furniture with care and made sure to wrap and protect all of my fragile belongings. I've tried a bunch of movers in LA but I had such a positive experience that I would absolutely use them again in the future and suggest them to anyone in need of moving services.

While the guys picking up were professional and easy to communicate, the guys unloading were not at the same level, which is a pity. I found minor dents in my furniture, but overall the work quality is good.

Moving is expensive, but this team and company were definitely worth the price. About a week ago I messaged them using Thumbtack because I was about to sign paperwork for a new apartment, and the person responding to me always responded within a timely manner and answered all of my many questions, even throughout the week while I was stressing about the logistics. Today Dan and his team moved my 2 bedroom home into a 3 bedroom apartment, they were on top and very professional and easy to work with. They arrived, I gave them a quick tour and they got right to work. Took about 2.5 hours to load all my boxes and furniture, including wrapping up mattresses and other stuff. The most shocking part was that they took apart my couch. The last team struggled to move it and it caused a lot of issues, but to my surprise they took it apart and reassembled it, and I can barely tell what happened. After we were loaded in we went to the next location, and although the elevator was broken, Dan and the team quickly moved everything into the new place and set up the furniture (I didn't even tell them how to arrange it, and it looks amazing). Also would like to point out that a wheel on a cabinet was broken so now I'm left with that, but also something that rubbed me the wrong way was a 3% discount, which is kinda like a slap in the face, sure it's nice to save that little bit, but if it gonna offer a discount on something estimated to be over $700 or even $100, anything short of double digits is kinda like. Why? You know it's not gonna affect your profit and you are trying to make them feel good by getting any discount. All in all I would use DoStar again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Good speed! We hired 2 movers for our 750 Sq ft apartment. Guys worked hard the entire 9 hrs! Wrapped all our large furniture and were careful carrying upstairs. Highly recommend.
