I hired Alex to notarize some documents for my elderly parents. He was extremely professional and took the time my parents needed to complete the process. My dad is 90 years old, and has arthritis and has trouble writing his name, and Alex was very understanding and patient and gave him the time he needed. My parents really appreciated that and I would definitely recommend him as well as hire him again.

Alex responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes (maybe less) after I hit my submit button. He was very professional with his responses and read my emails with escrow instructions very thoroughly. The docs he notarized were closing docs for the purchase of commercial real estate and needed two signatures. He followed the Title Company's instructions, and we were all pleased with a good experience. These notary jobs can get stressful at times, but Alex handled my requests with a can-do attitude.   I aim to offer the lowest prices in town, call for a free consultation!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I ask Preliminary questions such as, does the concerned party in the document have their drivers license/s, passport or birth certificate? Are all documents printed, where are they located and what time works best for the client.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am a licensed Notary and Real Estate Agent here in California!
