You were great Cassandra and I would love to work with you again. Next time we can plan a bigger, better and busier event to keep things moving and grooving, love heading out to the car shows. Get back to me on the catering events down here in LA.

On-going Meal Delivery
Chef Daniel delivers healthy, fresh meals directly to my door on a weekly basis. I could not be happier with the quality and taste of each dish. You can tell each meal is thoughtfully prepared by someone passionate about what he does. Sometimes I forget that what I am eating is really that good for me. What started as meal delivery for just me has turned into meal delivery for both my boyfriend and I. We are both big fans and plan to continue working with Daniel.Oct 27, 2015Verified
Event Help and Wait Staff
Had loads of guests and never showed up. Not reliableOct 8, 2015VerifiedCooking Like Crazy's reply
Aryeh, This is completely unfounded and untrue as I never had your address, I tried calling you several times and left messages yet you never answered nor confirmed the earlier dates to work, just figured I was sitting around not working. When I asked you to provide me the location details you never came through and can't hold me responsible in the least for not being at these events. I asked that you remove these comments and negative review immediately as you are ruining my business, reputation and future opportunities as this weighs heavier than Yelp. I offered to help you and you know you were all over the place in giving me straight forward information on the details of your meals and service. I was completely willing to help you and still might should you cease and desist your actions, not fair and not appropriate. Thank you and Shalom, Chef Daniel
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Price per head (this is standard for caterers). I give discounts with more people, and continuing owners get more food for less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting a feel for what they want people to remember, their affordability, wishes, go over menus and options as well as payments and deposits (and "how else I can be of service.")
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I partake in food festivals and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena after an intense 18 month program with food festival & restaurant staging as well as various kitchens like Border Grill, Roy Choi's "Pot" in Koreatown, "The Summit House" in Fullerton & alumni events.
