- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone call to discuss details of the event what style of service you’re looking for, menu ideas, budget, location, guest count, then I’ll send over a few menu ideas and have you choose what sounds good then I take a 25% deposit and begin the cooking
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to two different culinary schools, Warren tech and Auguste Escoffier school of culinary arts
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently worked for a couple who were celebrating her 30th birthday almost all vegan with only one fish dish it took about 6-8 hours total
