Nicole prepared us beautiful small plates of heaven on earth. Her relaxed, warm energy carried from her personal presence into her food. Such genuine enjoyment of our gathering because we felt so connected, nourished, and delighted. The pleasure of each dish was accented by simple, tasty surprises. A moment of ritual, a mealtime of feeling that something is right with the world. A play between of decadence and nourishment, between indulgence and good health. My favorite memory of our evening sharing Nicoles meal was murmuring to each other and catching each others eyes and smiling, sharing delight! Our bites made us want to toast, as if sharing good news over a bottle of champagne! I repeat that word, delight, because it really sums up my experience of Nicole and her catering: Delight.

Nicole catered a birthday party for me. The food was above what was I had envisioned. Nicole did a great job of listening to what I wanted for the food at the party and added her own touch and it was wonderful. I could seriously give great, specific reviews on every item she made, but I have to rave about the CURRY CHICKEN SALAD she made. It was so amazing that the people at the party and I still talk about it and remember how good it was. One person even asked if she can regularly buy it from her in bulk (lol). Nicole also nailed it on presentation with great colors and aesthetically pleasing displays. Lastly, she was very professional, reliable, and friendly. I would highly recommend her for any type of catering, she will go above and beyond.
