- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cases are taken on a contingency fee basis (no recovery, no fee.) The fee arrangement will be clearly discussed and put in writing prior to commencement of any legal work to avoid any surprises. We hate surprises and so do you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to maintain a close and harmonious relationship with our clients. We want to understand each other's feelings and ideas, and additionally want to communicate well. We are diligent in case evaluation, and expect that with some motivated cooperation from the client, we can cut through the facts and make an honest assessment of case merits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
