- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Virtual organizing is a great option for smaller projects and is the most economical. it does require the client to be hands on and be willing to do the work. All Virtual Sessions are booked for 1 hour at minimum. Packages are available for both In Person and Virtual Services. To lessen the overall costs. Virtual Organizing Rates: Hourly Rate is $35.00 4 Session Package is 4 Hours, $100.00 ($40 savings) 6 Session Package is 6 hours, $150.00 ($60 savings) 8 Session Package is 8 Hours, $200.00 ($280 savings) In Person Organizing Rates: Hourly Rate is $65.00 All in person sessions are booked in a minimum of 3 hour time blocks. The rate below is for Heather Melgoza , ( 1 organizer). Rates are subject to increase, if more organizers are required to perform the job you are needing. 4 Session Package is 12 hours, $660 ($120 savings) 6 Session Package is 18 hours, $990 ($180 savings) 8 Session Package is 24 hours, $1,320 ($240 savings) Travel Fees only apply and are billed at $1.25/minute, if clients location is outside the 10 Mile Radius of 90063.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1.) 20 minute Initial Consult over the Phone. 2.) Schedule First session, which includes a tour of the space, Q and A, discussion of Client’s goals, and then we jump into Planning and Organizing, then we decide what tools we may need to source. 3.) Schedule next session in the last 15 minutes of each prior session. 4.) Once project is complete, I will call and do a follow up Phone Assessment to see how the client is enjoying their new space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizational Consultants (NAPO) I am also a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of NAPO too. I also have my Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management and my Associates Degree in Business Administration. And a few other certificates as well.
