My daughter and I had a wonderful experience on our first visit. Mr. Harvey got to know each of us first by asking us very pertinent detailed questions about or eating habits and exercise regimen. He made us feel very comfortable and he tailor made our training to meet each of our needs and sent us nutritional info/meal plans within minutes of leaving the studio. He is encouraging, patient, shows you the right form to get the best results. He is an excellent trainer and I plan on maintaining the relationship for a very long time. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process with a new customer normally encompasses a weigh-in, where we take bodypart measurements, bodyfat measurements and track their weight. Additionally, we sit down and discuss their nutritional intake and how it can be modified to suit their goals. If necessary, we give nutritional plans as well. Lastly, our workouts start with a slow buildup. We push our clients, but only to the degree that they are capable of being pushed. Normally the acclimatization period lasts a few weeks and our clients are up to speed and can do more challenging workouts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are nationally certified and are also certified in CPR.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Paul and Donna both came to personal training from a lifelong love of sports and fitness. Our passion has become our desire to help others reach their goals. We constantly strive to give our clients the tools, guidance and push to achieve everything they desire.
