Amazing workouts! So glad I pushed myself to get a personal trainer. I get better results than when I worked out myself. Definitely worth it.Jun 15, 2019
I've had multiple surgeries in my hip and he knew exactly what to do. I've had other personal trainers who push me too hard but David has been amazing in my recovery and helping me see resultsJun 15, 2019
Really great trainer did not expect to get a great of a work out for the price. He works you hard and it awesome ! I can actually feel very better about myself after a few workout sessions.Jun 1, 2019
For the value, the expertise surrounding development of an exercise program that fits not only my schedule but my body and overall fitness goals were excellent. David provides simple and reasonable advice on what needs to be done to feel better, be better and live a healthier lifestyle. The routine provided allowed me to develop a pace that has helped show results in how I feel and look in as little as 90 days. This is the start, the beginning and I look forward to continuing my training with Vigor. The service provided is very convenient and would be recommended to all.May 29, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is fair value and what I know I'm worth for my knowledge and expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we start off very slow and steady as we get a feel for each other. I ask you questions about your background such as work, prior injuries, exercise habits, nutrition. Then, I will run you through some exercises to see your movements and correct any improper form for your safety and muscle memory. We build a game plan and a goal and we'll crush them together along this journey. My charisma and spirit will not make you want to train with anybody else after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a NASM and NFPT certified trainer. I am also certified in CPR/AED. I am experienced working with all age groups whether 76,25, or younger. I believe in safety first and getting the most out of the movements of your muscles. Corrective exercise is a big staple and I rely on science to back it.
