Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I do not believe in a "one size fits all" program. I formulate a customized program to fit the specific needs and wants for each client - no two bodies function identically, therefor I do not have two programs that are formulated identically for just that reason. In addition, I plan for excess time beyond a scheduled session, to provide extra time, if attention is needed. I love the one-on-one interaction, and the relationships I am able to build between myself and my client. Each one has a different story and a different journey they are enduring with their health and fitness - it is always such an honor to be a part of such a life changing path

Karen is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prior to our initial nutrition consultation, she had me complete a questionnaire so she was able to give me specific guidance at our first meeting. She also provided me with meeting notes, so I had a written summary of our consultation.

FAQs

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In regards to my profession, it is important to understand the qualifications it takes to be titled as a "nutritionist" or a "personal trainer" In all honesty, one has to complete an exam in order to be granted their certification for either professions. However, this does not mean this is the maximum educational background. My biggest suggestion I have for anyone looking for a nutritionist or personal trainer, is to choose your provider wisely - based on their educational background, versus their success rate (just because there is success, does not mean it was done the healthiest/safest way possible)
