- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly subscriptions that allow you to take up to a certain number of personal sessions a month (for example up to 8 a month or up to 13 sessions a month). You can find more details about our different monthly subscription plans on our home page. Typically, customers organize their sessions to be consistent on a weekly basis, such as Tuesday and Thursday at 7 am CST. Customers can reschedule any sessions for any moment in the future as long as we have 24hr notice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will request you either fill out a form or have a call with one of our concierges to understand exactly what you're looking for and then we will pair you with the right trainer. From there you will start taking classes on the days and times that work best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have decades of experience and our trainers have specialities ranging from mobility to pilates to CrossFit to yoga to triathlons to Tai chi to rugby and everything in between!
