Introduction: I can get you ripped! I offer Los Angeles mobile personal fitness training. When people become members of a health club, they want to get in shape. However, statistics show that after three months, most people stop seeing progress. They end up getting discouraged and quit. What’s worse is they still are stuck in a costly year-long contract and have to pay monthly gym fees. You hear celebrities talking about their personal trainers all the time. It's no secret that celebrities get a lot of help with maintaining their bodies, but you don't need to be rich or famous to have your own personal trainer. In fact, you don’t need to spend a lot of time or even leave the comfort of your own home. I have been helping people achieve the fit, sexy body they’ve dreamed of for over 8 years now, and I’d be delighted to do the same for you! I provide workout at your convenience. I make getting in shape convenient for you. I offer the option of you coming to me or me coming to you. I do not work out of any particular gym, so I can train you practically anywhere you’d like. You don’t need any fancy equipment or even a lot of space in your home, office, apartment or even a local park. Many interested clients are under the myth that they will need to have a large house, work-out room or at least some exercise equipment. This is not true! That's the beauty and appeal of my service – I provide all the equipment necessary for a cardiovascular or strength training work-out. If you prefer, you may also come to my fitness studio in Los Angeles to train or meet me via the internet webcam for your sessions. I offer a typical mobile training session scenario. Lori has two kids, a 6-month-old baby and 2 1/2-year-old wild man. She has a small house, so we train in her backyard. By the time I arrive at her house, she has warmed up by just finishing a local aerobics class or a power walk with the baby jogger. Both children are with us. I help to keep the 2-year old occupied by applauding his basketball shot or returning an occasional hockey puck, all the while instructing mom through a basic strength training program. Often, we put the 6-month old in a front pack while mom executes her lunges. Now get this: the baby weighs at least 16 pounds and on top of that, this mom holds 12-pound weights in each hand, total = 40-pound lunges. This ain't a walk in the park workout! When the 6-month old is not in the front pack, I help to keep her amused by holding her and letting her watch her mommy do all these silly things, or we incorporate her into the workout as resistance. I tell my clients upfront that they don't need to hire a sitter. I come prepared to do double duty: trainer and child entertainer. Some moms, however, want an hour with their trainer alone. For these moms, we recommend scheduling sessions when dads are available or arrange for a sitter. Jeffery Vega said, "It’s great because he comes to your house, so you can be lazy, but he makes up for it when he gets there!"
