We like to hear from our customers on what type of event they are having , the theme, the duration and what type of budgett they are working with and customize the price to meet their needs we are all about high quality photos and high quality customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk on the phone/email and get all the details of their event and respond quickly so they know they are valued.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have bachelor degrees in Small business management and marketing. We have over 15 years of direct contact with customers in retail that is why our customer service is high quality.
