When we decided to hire a pianist instead of dj for our reception we new we'd get a different vibe, we weren't prepared for the wonderful treat Vince provided us. He brought a level of sophistication and grace to our event that allowed our guests to not only enjoy his talents, but to still engage with each other and take in the event simultaneously. Vince was well prepared, punctual, and ready to go. In chatting with him I found him to be incredibly personable and quite friendly. His musical ability is top notch, with a wide knowledge of and a variety of stylings. Thanks to Vince for an unforgettable evening!

My daughter, Julia, has been working with Mark since we moved to California 3 years ago. Mark is extremely "patient, kind, knowledgable, dedicated and attentive", according to my daughter. Julia has grown into a strong pianist as she's worked with Mark while enjoying fun and enriching experiences at the same time rather than placing unneeded pressure on her. He has pushed her talent to its fullest extent, while giving her positive feedback. We are very thankful to have Mark as Julia's piano teacher.

Gregg is an amazing musician. He is one of the best pianists in the business and is extremely knowledgeable. Everything from jazz to gospel to funk to rock- he can do it all and he does it with SOUL! He's been playing, teaching and arranging for over 40 years and he is a phenomenal teacher. Gregg is definitely someone you will want to work with when you are ready to take your musicianship to the next level. He is an expert at theory, improvisation, arranging, and composition, as well as technique and putting together a great sounding group. He was my teacher beginning in high school and throughout college, and has continued working with me and many of my colleagues ever since. Gregg Tomlinson is a musician's musician and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to advance their musical education or to anyone who is looking for a top-notch musician for a lesson or a gig- he is the finest piano player I have ever worked with!

Joshua combines the right mixture of humor and very tough expectations to motivate my sons. Both have made a lot of progress in a very short time. Joshua is very confident in his own skill as a musician; he is truly a superb pianist, so he is more than a teacher, he is a very positive role model.

Mia is an excellent pianist, whose performances are both powerful and emotionally driven. She is patient with her students, encouraging their practice with her engaging lessons. I hold a great respect for her abilities and talent in front of a piano. It would not surprise me in the least, if one day she filled entire concert halls.

I would highly recommend Dr. Daniel Lessner as a piano instructor/composer, consultant in the music industry utilized in a personal teaching environment or advanced training of academic achievement. Daniel Lessner has been the instructor for our children for almost 3 years now. He works under demanding schedules with other students and professional music industry personnel and is capable of developing the potentials of all his students while contributing to the success in their music careers. Daniel Lessner is one of the few teachers who is a concert pianist and devotes his time to others interested in the love of music. He works with independent music producers as well as major motion picture sound track requirements, bringing to his students the real world essentials whether be Classical, Contemporary or Jazz curriculum. Dr. Lessner is also a certified CM Instructor dedicated to the advancement of academic endeavors for the young. Our sons have built a stronger foundation under the guidance of Dr. Lessner. He is passionate about what he does and inspiring to students. Organized and diligent, Dr. Lessner always has his lessons in order and earned the respect of all students with his integrity and commitment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Daniel Lessner as a Professional Master in any capacity having to do with the training, development and creation of music. Sincerely, Douglas and Erika Young Proud Parents of Vincent and Benjamin

About

Michelle Repajic is a remarkably talented songwriter and pianist whose outpouring of creative energies has led her to perform in such venues as The Whiskey A-Go-Go, BB King's Blues Club, Cinespace, Pig'n Whistle, Tangier, Aqua Lounge, Stage 52, Room 5 Lounge, The Mint, and others. Surrounded by music her whole life, Michelle discovered the piano and singing around the age of two and has studied music both informally as well as professionally for her whole life. As a California State University, Los Angeles graduate with her Bachelor of Arts in Music degree, she is currently remastering her first full-length solo album entitled, "Things Aren't Always What They Seem," updating such favorite tracks as "Drift" and "Rain" to reflect an even greater sense of musical versatility, creativity, and refinement than ever before. While Michelle has hopes of collaborating in the future with other musicians, she is currently performing solo locally in Los Angeles (that is, when she is not indulging in her penchant for cooking and baking). Check out Michelle's calendar for upcoming show dates!

I have over 10 years of teaching experience. I work with all levels and ages, and am very patient with beginners. I have good interaction with kids, and am always able to get them interested in playing piano. I have instructed many students to pass the CM and ABRSM Piano and Music Theory Examinations. If you think your child(ren) might be interested in playing piano, you should definitely let them try! I also hold annual student recitals, something students and parents always look forward to. Thank you!
