We hired John to fix a few issues. Out bathroom kept clogging up and he came ran a camera changed a major elbow and fixed yhe problem. We then hired him because we were having the same issue on our kitchen and laundry room simce the plumbing was linked he again came a fixed the issues and also noticed that our water heater was mot to code and dangerous after reviewing eveything he fixed that as well. The third time we hired him was because our fridge broke and we had purchased a replacement from lowes but the techs refused to install it because the water tubing and connection was wrong and a liability, so we had him come out and fix all that and our new fridge was finally installed and up and running.

My problem was that my kitchen sink was backing up into both basins and wouldn't drain properly. I had one plumber come out and snake the line but the problem got worse. He said I needed to have the entire drain line replaced for $1100. At first, there was a thought my HOA would be responsible for the cost since the drain line was exposed in the garage and they required me to get a second opinion. That's how I found LA Master Plumbers. Their estimate was $420. It turned out my HOA wouldn't pay for it because it was my personal kitchen drain so I was especially happy to have found a lower estimate. John and his son arrived when they said they would (they were even early), the were very careful to set up plastic to help contain the mess when they removed the old line. The explained everything they were doing and let me see inside the lines so I could see for myself how clogged they were. They even took pictures which they included in the invoice so I have record of what was done. I'm hopeful I've FINALLY found an honest plumber in LA! Time will tell. I hope I won't need to call them again for this particular problem and I won't hesitate to hire them again for future plumbing issues.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Monday of the week, we hold tailgate meetings with our technicians, a workshop occurs where and when we train in the most recent policies of safely and customer service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would help out my neighbor who was a master plumber on weekends for extra cash. i was only 18 years old. I worked for a title co. in Los Angeles got slow went to a trade school and stated working full time with my nieghbor.
