- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is in line with other more traditional property management companies; however, we look to go above and beyond with our full-service management. Homeowners can be at peace knowing that your property is insured, we have an in-house maintenance team, you’ll have a dedicated account manager, we provide professional monthly cleanings, and then of course we do everything from marketing, tenant placement, turnover management, home care, payments, etc. Our pricing is as follows: 10% management fee (when occupied), lease up fees (up to 100% for leases of 7 months or more), 0% markup on Maintenance, and an optional flat furnishing fee.

We like to start with an introductory call to learn more about your property or properties, your goals, and your timeline. From there, we offer a hassle free 7-day trial & can answer any other questions you might have!
