Linda was professional, swift, and flagged several local laws that I was not aware of. She was communicative and knew what she was doing. It was a breath of fresh air since she is also a property owner. She was quick to understand best practices and help me feel at ease. I highly recommend making Linda your property manager and helping her advise you on your property management needs.

I reached out to discuss an opportunity to manage 2 properties. I spoke with L who expressed enthusiasm regarding the property management and tenant placement opportunity. Unfortunately, there was a lack of urgency in moving forward. After delay in viewing the property I was advised additional time would be needed to run numbers and I received no communication for an additional week. I received feedback that she would like me to incur the cost of professional photography which would not be included in the tenant placement package or deducted from her fee of 75% of the 1st months rent. I have received multiple interested tenants with the existing photos so I did not proceed with her recommendation. Following an additional week of no communication I received a phone call indicating she would like me to forward her evidence of registration to proceed with property management. After experiencing a lack of communication I elected not to move forward or send any further property information which could have easily been requested and provided following our initial communication. As a property owner loss of time in this market is critical and this was not a seamless experience. I share my experience openly to assist other homeowners who seek property management and may need insight when selecting from the companies available in the area.

Renee, I'm sorry for your disappointment. We strive to help every customer. Unfortunately, some prospectives don't inventory that meets the minimum criteria. We take great pride in our response time, and kept you abreast at every step of the way. Going to the property, then navigated around obstacles, turning less than 12 hours later to help push assessment forward. As a property owner as well, I sympathize with your frustration. That's the #1 reason we started this business, because the bar of property management is so low. We take pride in our work and want to help small owners such as yourself. It wasn't a good fit this time, but feel free to reach out in the future.
