- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with what I call my "Deep Dive" form. It's more than just a list of questions—it's where we'll dig in and find the gold in your career. We're looking for the stories and, most importantly, the numbers. Why? Because recruiters and hiring managers skim. A list of your old duties will put them to sleep, but showing them your actual results makes them sit up and pay attention. It’s all about turning the "what you did" into the "how well you did it." Here’s a real-world example. A Program Manager might write down: Before: “Was in charge of managing projects and leading the team.” That’s okay, but it doesn't tell us anything. After we work together, we'll turn it into a story they can't ignore: After: “Led a team of 15 to launch a major new feature, finishing the whole project 3 weeks early and saving the company over $50,000 from the original budget.” See?
