- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Never trust a roofer who will give you a price before they see the job. We would come out to the project and check accessibility, measurements, talk to you about materials, layers on your roof, the color you want. We do roofs that take 2 days, we have done roofs that take 3-4 weeks. All these factors will help us to create a contract that works for you and set a price. You won't have to worry about hourly or hidden fees. The price will not change.
