- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are two tiers of service. I have a standard consulting rate for IT Systems analysis and technical work on servers and networks and phones, I have a lower rate for day to day desktop and workstation support (viruses, updates, upgrades, crashed computers, etc.) I offer a 1 hour free consultation and a 20% discount on the first project to new clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly reading and studying new technologies and releases. Lab environment setup to test and configure new technologies.
