Introduction: I am a screenwriter and film director. One-Half World, a short film I wrote, directed, produced, and edited, was an official selection of the Slamdance Film Festival 2009. I have a film degree from Columbia College Chicago. I know how to write scripts. I know how to edit scripts. I've also watched and critiqued countless features for film festivals, like the L.A. Film Festival. I know what works and what doesn't. I know what programmers and screeners have seen hundreds of times before and don't want to see again. I can fix your script for you, or tell you how to fix it yourself. I can also write a script from scratch, or rewrite someone else's work, or adapt a novel, short story or play.
