I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction and BPD. I love to create a safe space, and build trust so you can feel comfortable talking to me about anything. I am dedicated to each of my client's healing journeys. I have worked extensively with clients who self-sabotage and with clients whose past traumas impact their current daily lives. I am trained in CBT (skills to identify and reframe ineffective thinking patterns), DBT (skills to regulate emotions and tolerate distress), and ACT (skills to create and accomplish values-based goals to create a life worth living).
