The massage was great! I loved the roll motion that she did up and down my back . I would really recommend this massage to everybody because the way she does it really helps relieve stress and relax the muscles. She has such an inviting and gracious attitude I promise you'll love her :)!
Dr. John McGrail is truly wonderful and amazing!!! I attempted to stop smoking on my own, but was unsuccessful because of the level of anxiety I would experience each time. I started researching online in order to find different methods of breaking this addition. I came across several online articles where Dr. McGrail had commented in regards to how hypnotherapy can assist in quitting smoking by changing the way the mind perceives it. I decided to call and discuss this matter with him as I was a bit skeptical. I was very pleased and impressed from the moment I spoke to Dr. McGrail as he truly took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Because of his professionalism and level of compassion, I made an appointment with him and became a nonsmoker within a week after one session. Given that I had never been to a hypnotherapist, I can say that the entire process was very relaxing and enjoyable. I also greatly appreciated the fact that Dr. McGrail followed up with me from time to time in order to check on my progress. If I knew quitting could be this easy, I would have stopped years ago. It has now been a little over a month and I do not know why I ever smoked and am actually handling stress a lot better than I ever did as a smoker. Do not be fooled by the charming smile of this man; he is all business! When I first met and trained with Lamar I noticed how professional, well versed and passionate he was (and always will be) for the art of fitness; it was written all over his face. Being a female in the gym can be intimidating but Lamar was and always has been that know-it-all buddy you want by your side to build your confidence and knowledge in health and fitness. He keeps you focused and when you workout with him, everything else around you dissipates because he keeps things interesting and enjoyable. The only classes I took at the gym were his classes because he knew how to instruct in a way that you wanted to push yourself and feel great afterwards. Even my friends I brought to his classes continued attending because they liked how he would kick our butts in class and then give a warm smile after and say great job. I wish him the best of luck in his west coast venture; Cali got a good one!
Myra is a wholesome and very knowledgeable Master-Instructor of I.E.T. Taking I.E.T Basic Level was a fun, eye-opening experience. Learning how to take care of ourselves and teaching others how to alleviate stress, naturally, is an invaluable tool. I plan to take additional I.E.T courses with Myra in the future.

Maleya was a godsend for me. I recently moved to the city and my full blown phobia of driving was greatly impacting my life in every negative way imaginable. I was quite skeptical about the benefits of hypnotherapy, but I desperately wanted to quit smoking without the use of drugs or nicotine patches. I heard about Jeremy through a friend and thought I would give hypnosis a try. Jeremy gave me good advice on how to manage my stress and control cravings. I was surprised that within a few sessions I was able to cope much better with stress and actually quit. It's been 7 months since I had my last cigarette. I was very pleased with Florence's help with my blood pressure and health issues. I am eating healthier, dropped pounds and my blood pressure was 120/72 when I went to the doctor. She brings me healthy foods to include into my diet and has added meditation to my daily routine to help with stress. Davon is the best!!! His knowledge and understanding of how the body works and responds to a workout enables him to personalize your workout so that it's effective, fun, and challenging. I took an anger management course with Chai at the beginning of 2014. It was a group course, but it was still the best thing Ive done for myself to date. She's very kind and understanding- if money is any kind of problem, just let Chai know and she will work with you. She is there for you! I am actually thinking about refreshing my mind with her course in 2015. Her office was comforting and calming, complete with tea of your choice and essential oils to keep your mind at ease. Group was always very inclusive, which made me feel good. I never felt like she was ignoring me or forgetting about me. Long story short, I would recommend Chai to anyone looking for someone who really cares to help them through something.
It's tough to put into words the type of coach Holly is, but I shall do my best. I was operations manager for a leadership center (DDC), and what Holly brings to the table is nothing short of magical. She has a very no non sense approach, that leaves you empowered. Her coaching is always practical and comes from the heart directing you towards those goals in front of you. Honestly I will forever be in her debt for the breakthroughs she was able to manifest. Not only for my family, but those 13 members she led for 6 months. I'll leave you with this final thought.
