My sessions are competitively priced and I ensure that each session is filled with value, expertise and compassion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is used as an intake session. During the intake session we will cover a range of questions to help clarify the clients situation and how to best help them. Some of these questions include what the client hopes to gain from therapy, their background and family history. After the initial intake session, the sessions focus on helping clients achieve their goals in therapy, achieve relief from anxiety or depression and build rapport.
