DO NOT HIRE. They were incompetent, they did tremendous damage to my condo, and they refused to pay any compensation for it. They were completely unable to move a sofa up a flight of stairs. They needed to lift the sofa over the railing, but they weren't strong enough. So they just forced the sofa up the stairs causing damage to the plaster, the paint on the wall and the paint on the railing. I contacted the company and sent photographs of the damage and they refused to pay a penny. I've never had such a bad experience with anyone I've hired before in my life.

I contacted Fix Pro for a last minute move and they responded right away to my inquiry. The two movers showed up on time and unloaded my U-Haul truck in an efficient manner . They took direction well which I appreciated. I was happy with the service and would consider using this Company again for my moving needs.

They said they would arrive between 2-4 pm but showed up late at 4:30 pm. The installers were friendly but the quality of work was poor. The curtain rods were installed uneven and at the wrong distances so I cannot hang my curtains correctly. I cannot recommend this service and I believe the positive reviews to be fake.

Hi Anam. This is Fix Pro. Our services come with a 30-day warranty, and the job was done on March 11th. It's been 2 weeks, and up until today, we never heard anything from you indicating that something was wrong with the job. We just checked the pictures of the completed job and there isn't a problem with the curtain rod on the right, it is correct; also, the 2nd picture that you uploaded, there is not a problem with the installation, either the weight of your drapes is heavy and caused the rod to be uneven in the middle, or the rod was curved to begin with. If the installation was faulty, it would've been uneven in the right of left, not the middle. We asked our manager to call you right after you posted the review, but you did not want to talk because you were busy having your hair done in a hair salon; it is surprising that you did have the time to write this review but did not want to talk to us because we wanted to check and see exactly what was wrong with the work after 2 weeks. Nevertheless, we want our customers to know that we care about the work quality that they get, and the same case was with you; we wanted to offer you a solution, but it seems like you did not want us to do so.

This was the worst experience for me. The lady on the phone who books was rude and demanding. The first time I hired this company the movers were only here about 20-30mins before she called demanding more money & interruption the movers with her phone call. The second time i booked they were supposed to arrive between 8-9pm but they didn’t arrive until 10pm. They did damage to my walls and doorways, staircase and ripped my leather couch. They didn’t cover anything to protect from damage. I don’t recommend this company at all, beware of this company.
