FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to schedule a 30 minute video chat lesson so we can be introduced and see if we are a good fit. Post COVID19, I have successfully been teaching lessons over video chat, but can also travel to you for in-person lessons while following appropriate social distancing measures. Let’s talk about what works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed all ABRSM* exams and earned an ATCL diploma from Trinity College in Classical Violin Performance. In 2013, I moved to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music where I studied Jazz, bluegrass, gypsy jazz, middle eastern violin. *The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) is an examinations board and registered charity based in London, United Kingdom, which provides examinations in music at centres around over the world. The ABRSM is one of three examination boards accredited by Ofqual to award graded exams and diploma qualifications in music within the UK's National Qualifications Framework (along with the London College of Music and Trinity College London).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I can work with customers of all age ranges and experience though I particularly love working with children, siblings and curious adults picking up their first instruments. I’ve worked as a private tutor for families on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as well as accommodated busy adult schedules by offering tutoring in the evenings.
